Job Purpose:
The Service Technician ensures that every customer has a world-class experience in our service department. This is accomplished through hard work, diligence, and a constant demonstration of energy, knowledge, and expertise.
Typical Duties:
- Review service documents
- Perform maintenance and repair work according to manufacturer specifications
- Effectively manage activity in the service bay
- Maintain ongoing conversation with service advisors and extended warranty providers
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years & experience as a Technician - Master Preferred
- BMW Certification is preferred
- Provide a clean and valid California license
- Be familiar with the latest diagnostics
- Able to perform all aspects of automotive repair
- Have the highest level of workmanship
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Pass a drug test
