As a member of Agilent's Diagnostics and Genomics Group, you will play a key role in the success of our business through the development and implementation of novel next generation sequencing products from research through clinical application.Your
Responsibilities:
Initiate experimental design, verification and validation, QC development, and critical analysis of data, in coordination with the Agilent bioinformatics team, using the Product Life Cycle process Ensure application of appropriate design controls, documentation, and regulatory requirements in the development of products as advised by Quality/Regulatory Assurance Communicate effectively with members of the product team across all functions, including the status of R&D activities as necessary to meet timelines Take part in developing the scientific strategy for future products, including screening the literature for appropriate novel methods that can be leveraged In collaboration with Marketing, define specifications for new products, taking into account the latest scientific innovations and customer needs in the next generation sequencing field Provide input to the product team on the latest scientific developments in next generation sequencing applications by attending relevant scientific conferences Lead the generation of white papers, application notes, or patent applications related to existing and new products Succeed with a minimum level of guidance, while successfully multitasking among several competing initiatives Occasional travel may be required
Qualifications:
Ph.D./MS in Molecular Biology or related field with 6
years of relevant lab experience Proven proficiency in molecular biology techniques and specifically in the field of next-generation sequencing and assay development Strong data analysis knowledge/skills Product development experience according to standard design control processes Demonstrated excellence in technical writing and oral communication Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels in the organization across various functions (research, development, manufacturing, quality control, marketing) and locations Experience with DOE and IVD is desirableEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
