In this role, youll oversee 2-3 departments with sales ranging from $2-$9 million.
Your responsibilities will include opening and closing the store on assigned days, recruiting and hiring your team, and creating a positive experience for guests and team members every day.
Its your leadership that guides your team to achieve sales goals and maintain budget controls.
Well be supporting you with extensive training to help you grow as a strong store executive leader.
This position includes competitive pay and discounts, and flexible scheduling.
About you:
4 year degree or equivalent experienceStrong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysisAble to continuously move around all areas of the store on a daily basis, as well as ability to lift 40lbsAbility to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
