THE POSITION:
We re looking for talented and outgoing team members who are disciplined and results-driven. Our goal is to work with our team members until an understanding of our company culture, policies, and procedures are well-communicated and then we want you to do what you do best! You will manage a team of 6
people while working with our in-house construction team to accomplish your goals of increasing occupancy through innovative and tried-and-true marketing strategies while successfully handling the finances for the property.
THE LOCATION:
Herriman Towne Center is a 304 unit new construction lease-up. Herriman City is a growing area located in the southwest area of Salt Lake County with easy access to nearby retail developments and recreational activities. For more information on this community, please visit www.live-htc.com.
