Fisher Agencies is seeking a success driven Benefit Specialists/ Account Manager to pursue and cultivate new business relationships in the Massachusetts market. This position offers a weekly pay in addition to a lucrative weekly incentive structure meaning successful Account Managers have the potential to earn $80,000 or more annually while our Management team is clearing $120,000 plus. Account Managers report to a Regional Director of Sales and have frequent communication with Executive leadership in both Sales and Operations. Account Managers are responsible for contacting provided leads to set meetings within their designated local territory on union customers to present our value driven services and obtain new business leads.
