Job Description
The Real Estate Office Manager provides a comprehensive level of administrative support for multiple businesses, including Self Storage Facility, Residential Real Estate Appraisal, and Land and Real Estate Development. The Office Manager will be an indispensable part of the organization, will maintain, evaluate and improve systems as well as anticipate ongoing and future business needs.
Responsibilities
In this new office, the manager will excel in the day-to-day activities of running the sales/customer service office, as well as updating and maintaining multiple databases. He/she must feel comfortable working independently, with little supervision (after training).
Storage Units
Promptly meet/greet prospective new customers
Answer customer questions, in person and via telephone and email, about Storage, and recommend storage solutions to meet their needs
Assist potential customers to understand lease terms
Lease storage units to new customers
Real Estate
Work with real estate professionals, bank personnel, government entities, and Appraisal Management Companies via telephone and email
Input and update information into software for various appraisal steps, required by appraisal management companies, and business requirements
Qualifications
One to two years experience in a professional setting
Excellent customer service skills
Must be able to think strategically and anticipate business needs before they occur
Strong written and verbal skills
Superior project management and organizational skills
Resourceful and solution oriented
High level of technical skills with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Word and Excel, Web Research.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
