Job Description
This position assists customers in meeting their short-term financial needs through strong customer service. The Payday/Title Loan Processor works each stage of the loan process, from explaining the process to customers, to answering questions about outstanding loans, and also collecting payments. In addition, the Payday/Title Loan Processors are encouraged to attract new customers.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED with at least one (1) year of customer service experience highly preferred.
Must be bilingual in fluent Spanish.
Must possess excellent communication skills.
Experience in areas such as sales, finance, customer service, lending, cash handling and collections is an advantage.
Computer literate and familiar with basic office equipment.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must satisfactorily pass a background check.
Must be available to work ANY FT shift between the hours of 9-6 M-F and Saturdays 9-5. Only to exceed a 40 hour work week as absolutely needed.
$10/hr to start during 90 day probationary period.
$1 per hour raise after passing 90 day probation
Paid Time Off after one year
Cash bonuses available after 90 day probation

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
