Project Foreman
Job Description
Ascent Construction, a top 10 Utah contractor based in Farmington, Utah is seeking several project Foreman. Responsibilities include assisting the superintendent, managing work crews, maintaining site relationships, delegating responsibilities, mentoring young workers and ensuring the project is completed successfully. Must have the ability to multitask, manage high stress situations and resolving issues efficiently. Aware and up-to-date on safety regulations and ability to enforces them and a willingness to ensure the safety for workers and equipment.
A foreman performs under direction of the site superintendent many of the following:
attending daily briefings, overseeing site operations, supervising subcontractors and other labor workers, maintaining health and safety records, ordering and following up on site material deliveries.
Prefer two years construction experience, however, will consider those with a firm understanding of the above responsibilities. Salary compensate with experience.
