Job Description
This position is a cook position at the Alaskan Inn bed and breakfast. Experienced cook for a beautiful bed and breakfast is desired. Responsible for ordering product, inventory control and portion control. Cook will also be responsible for maintaining standards of cleanliness aligned with the health department. Must have reliable transportation, dependability, and have flexibility with scheduling. Cook must work Saturday and Sunday mornings, weekday mornings with 2-3 days off throughout the week. Must pass background and randomized drug testing and have a valid food handlers permit. Applicant is highly desirable if they have a serv-safe certificate. Pay dependent upon experience. A hiring bonus is given after high performance 90 days after hire date.
