Web/Email Designer
Job Description
We re seeking experienced, passionate designers to join our design and development team. You ll become part of a cohesive group who strive to build unique and visually striking designs that help our clients grow their brands online. You ll be expected to know how to design websites from conceptualization to finalization:
including wireframing, mockup development, as well as markup (HTML/CSS) implementation. The same applies to developing email campaigns.
To fit into our team you need to be energetic, driven, passionate at front-end development, test driven and have a mind for problem solving. A strong desire to meet and set realistic timelines in addition the ability to collaborate well in a cross-functional team of designers, developers and leaders.
Responsibilities
Excellent problem solving skills using JavaScript, HTML and CSS
Wealth of experience building responsive sites and email templates
Strong visual skill-set, creative sensibilities
Excellent communication skills, ability to work within a structured team environment, ability to speak directly with clients and manage expectations
Ability to create unique, custom designs that are tailored to our client s brands
Ability to prioritize a heavy workload, meet deadlines, and manage goals
A good sense of humor and the ability to give/take constructive criticism
Self-driven with the desire to surround yourself with like minded people
Qualifications
jQuery Experience
Email Design Experience - a must!
HTML5 and CSS3 experience
Experience implementing responsive designs (email and web)
PHP and MySQL Experience is a plus
Experience coding with SEO best practices
Understanding of website data and measurements using Google Analytics
Understanding of user experience best practices and optimization testing
