Ignite Spot is a leading outsourced accounting firm, and is looking for a Sr. Accountant. The person we hire must be a rock star, love accounting, and be able to work with multiple clients. What does rock star mean to us? It means that you not only understand accounting, but that you re also great at speaking with clients on the phone, managing your time, and working on a team. Responsibilities
As a Sr. Accountant at Ignite Spot, you'll start off with responsibilities which include:
-Bank reconciliations
-Accounts payable support
-Accounts receivable support
-Sales tax preparation
-Supporting the Controller to help close the books
As you grow, you'll be given additional responsibilities and a chance to move up the ladder. Because we are growing so quickly, there is a TON of opportunity for promotion - if you are good.

What qualifications are we looking for?

1. Are you a good culture fit? We don't dress up around here. In fact, I just saw our CFO walking down the hall in shorts and flip-flops. We're very casual, hard-working people.
2. Are you able to work in our Kaysville office? We only hire people that can work in our building. Sorry virtual commuters, this probably isn't a good fit for you. We do this because teamwork is important to what we do and being together is part of the secret sauce.
3. What experience do you have? We're looking for people with real accounting experience. Anything you might have in regards to QuickBooks time, bank reconciliations, invoicing customers, paying bills, etc. will help you out. We don't require that you have an accounting degree, but if you're working towards one, that's a good thing. If you do have one, that's even better!Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
