Job Description
Seeking detail-oriented, well-organized, excellent multi-tasker, team player, Electrical Estimator to bid Industrial, Utility, and Commercial work. Also, to distribute plans to qualified suppliers and sub-contractors for bidding purposes, data entry of suppliers/subcontractors proposals, follow up and review of bids with General Contractors and/or Project Manager, and suppliers/subcontractors. Must be a self-starter and understand deadlines. Must have good phone and excellent people skills.
Responsibilities
Communicate directly with suppliers, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and owners. Perform administrative tasks to support the other departments as needed -Determine scopes of work and assist with gathering estimates. Maintain various estimating logs.Distribute required information and supply subcontractors with project information as needed
Qualifications
Requirements:
Computer literacy to include intermediate to advanced aptitude in Excel and Word. Accuracy, attention to detail, well organized, tidiness, the ability to multi-task extremely well and prioritize. Ability to maintain high job standards and detail orientation in a fast-paced environment. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and in a team setting. Ability to interact and communication effectively both verbally and in writing. Must be able to maintain good relationships with project management team, peers, subcontractors, and owners. Honesty, integrity, loyalty, and the ability and willingness to make the Company s best interests the number one priority. 2-3 years Electrical Estimating preferred. Looking for someone with experience in the construction industry, knowledge of construction terminology and knowledge of EBM

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
