The Service Writer is responsible for the first contact with the customer, and must establish rapport with the customer by providing excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Service writer must be honest, and can speak the language of the customer and the language of vehicle repair.
Ideal candidate would have previous experience in the auto or heavy equipment repair industry.
An exceptional work ethic is highly sought and ability to provide excellent customer service.
Must be a willing team player, excellent listener, and excellent communicator.
Service writer candidate must have knowledge of equipment, parts, and basic vehicle and equipment mechanical processes and be able to operate in a busy environment.
