HEALTH CARE DISTRICT CFO Wray Community Hospital District seeks CFO experienced in hospital and long term care disciplines.
Requires minimum four-year degree in Accounting or Financial Management from accredited four-year academic institution.
Requires experience in all aspects of General Ledger and Patient Financial Accounting, creating monthly/yearly financial statements, maintaining accurate procedures for Annual Audits, preparation/monitoring of Annual Budgets and experience with financial procedures relating to the Medicare/Medicaid programs.
Preferred candidate should have experience working with electronic medical record systems and must be able to communicate well orally and in writing.
Successful applicant must be willing and able to work closely with the Director of Nursing and other management staff to ensure positive interaction between clinical services and financial services.
Position supervises all financial functions for the hospital, clinic and nursing home/assisted living center and reports to the organizational CEO.
Must be physically able to perform desk and office setting duties with some reaching, stretching, bending and minimal lifting.
Applicant requires good, verifiable work history with references, and applicant should possess a team-player attitude.
