Maintenance Engineer The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining the overall operation of the maintenance department and the appearance and working order of the hotel.
Must be able to work independently as well as with others.
Responsibilities may include maintaining exterior, parking lot, common areas maintaining equipment and preventative maintenance in guest rooms is a must.
Must be available after hours when necessary.
Skills in general carpentry, HVAC, some plumbing and painting.
