Responsible for providing quick, friendly customer service by answering customers questions, providing purchase assistance and keeping shelves stocked. Assigned primarily to one zone on the sales floor, but may be required to work in other areas. Understand and respond appropriately to basic customer and employee inquiries. Apply basic mathematical concepts such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing and knowledge of weights and measures. Interpret price tag and UPC information. Operate, demonstrate and explain merchandise in assigned area. Operate store equipment in assigned area (including but not limited to LRT, telephone, paging system, copiers, fax machines, computers, CCTV surveillance system, key cutting, panel saw, paint mixing computer, blind cutting, forklifts, pallet jacks, electric lifts, etc.). Move throughout all areas of the store; sales floor, receiving, register areas, lawn and garden, including the outside perimeter of the store. Work in both inside and outside environmental conditions.
Job Requirements
Requires morning, afternoon and evening availability any day of the week. Read, write and communicate using English language sufficient to perform job functions. Physical ability to move large, bulky and/or heavy merchandise. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
