Next Level Professional is looking for a great Manufacturing Engineer for a role that we have open in Pewaukee, WI. Our client has been in the business of designing, manufacturing and marketing top of the line sailboat hardware and accessories for over 40 years.
You will be observing manufacturing processes and develop improvements to increase productivity, reduce scrap, improve quality, support safety initiatives and improve workflow.
The ideal candidate will have 5
years of relevant working experience as a Manufacturing Engineer with lean background. Experience analyzing and making recommendations regarding manufacturing processes, quality and training is desired. Proficiency in Solidworks is beneficial. Familiar with ISO 9000 is also beneficial.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
