Device Engineers

SanDisk Corporation needs Device Engineers in Milpitas, California to design, develop, modify and evaluate digital electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for digital electronic equipment and other hardware systems. Determine design approaches and parameters. Responsible for the development and characterization of state of the art multi-level NAND technology. Perform device and product characterization, flash reliability evaluation, technology qualification and yield improvement. Work closely with engineers from process, design and system engineering groups.
Employer will accept Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field and 2 years of work experience in the job offered or in a device engineer-related occupation. Education or experience must include:
1. Semiconductor device physics;
2. Semiconductor device and integrated circuit fabrication;
3. Lithography, ion implantation and metal disposition;
4. Semiconductor device measurement;
5. Integrated circuit design;
6. Data Analysis; and
7. Computer simulation tools including Cadence, Silvaco, and SPICE.
Experience may be gained concurrently.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
