Description:
Reporting directly to the General Manager of the Industrial Sensing Business Unit, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading, directing and managing Analog Devices worldwide IDS growth and defining the overall IDS strategy and leadership with Smart Building, Smart City, Smart Infrastructure, and Agriculture.
Including:
Analogs global IDS strategy, tactics and programs for strategic & key customers as well as the broader regional market.
Developing five and ten year market perspectives
Overseeing the development of multi-generational value propositions
Prioritizing research and development investments to maximize return on investment
Oversee the development and implementation of new/breakthrough technologies leading to market expansion and differentiated market leadership.
Support the implementation of the overall strategy and go-to-market plan, closely working with other groups in the company to execute the plan
Leads a team of Strategic Market Managers who are responsible for conducting TAM/SAM analysis by segment and sub-segments, market research, new market exploration/development, new opportunity investigations and specific strategies for growth in the top accounts
Leads directly or through influence an extended (virtual) team of key stakeholders including System Application Engineers, Product & Technology Engineers
Coordinate and oversee the development of growth strategies with Technology and Sales teams
Develop short- and long term go-to-market strategies that grow market share, differentiate Analog Devices in the IDS marketplaces, and surpass key competitors
Oversee and facilitate the development of market/customer requirements documents to present to technology groups and relevant business units
Understand and articulate competitor segment strategies by product and by market space and develop counter strategies
Report quarterly on the IDS marketplaces, customers, opportunity pipeline, key projects, early success factors and competitive analysis
Qualifications:
Higher Level Education degree in Electronic or Software Engineering (or equivalent)
Strategic Marketing qualifications/experience preferred
A deep understanding of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) meta markets and key customers
A good understanding of sensing systems, especially in the area of sensor to cloud networks including the application software and algorithms associated
Minimum of 10 years experience working in the semiconductor, industrial or software industry
Experience in leading technical marketing and engineering teams and strong organizational influencing
Fluency in the English language
Open for 30%-50% global international travel and be located at a key ADI location, preferably in Wilmington, Massachusetts

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
