provider medical practice associated with the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.

Administrative Clinical Supervisor Graduate of an accredited RN school of nursing.
Bachelor's degree preferred, 3-5 years of experience in nursing required.
Two years previous charge nurse/management or nursing supervision.
Current New Hampshire RN license.
ACLS certification required.
Patient Care Coordinator, RN Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred, RN required.
3-5 years current acute care experience preferred.
Essentials of the position include excellent verbal and written communication, critical thinking and problem solving, judgment and priority setting as well as an ability to work autonomously in a self-directed manner.
Farnum Rehab Liaison, RN Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of New Hampshire with minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred.
Current certification in BCLS required.
Excellent assessment, communication, interpersonal, and organizational/time management skills.
Infection Preventionist RN (Bachelor's degree preferred), certified medical technologist (MT), or Bachelor's degree in microbiology or epidemiology.
Three years (minimum) of clinical experience in a hospital setting or disease surveillance experience in a public setting.
Membership in the National APIC organization and state infection control organization (NHICEP).
Case Management, RN Five years recent clinical/hospital experience as an RN, Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred, Certification in Case Management (CCM) desired.
LPNs & CMAs, Ambulatory Care LPNs must maintain NH LPN license, outpatient experience preferred.
CMAs require completion of a medial assisting program or equivalent experience and a CMA/RMA certification through AAMA, AMT OR NHA within 90 days of hire.
Both positions require BLS certification.
