Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Anaheim, California office.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 5 years in a Project Management role construction and refrigeration industry for an EC, GC, or HVAC company
Able to build and service supermarket and/or related systems, refrigeration projects (new and remodels)
Strong understanding of refrigeration systems
EPA certification is a plus
HVAC-R is a plus
Business development skills required
50% in the field, 50% in the office
Must be able to relate to field technicians
Strong technical ability
Outside of the box thinker
Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications
Must understand all aspects of project management
Must understand and ensure safety rules and OSHA requirements are being followed
Must ensure that projects are completed within prescribed budget
Must have leadership skills & be able to manage project managers and project coordinator
Proficient on computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must have a strong business acumen
Must be honest and trustworthy, and a people person
Must be customer service minded
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
Skilled in prioritizing, organization and time management
Ensure that company procedures and processes are followed
Must have a valid driver license with a clean driving record
Stable job history is a must
EDUCATION:
College degree (Construction Management, Engineering) highly preferred
