A growing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist or Administrative Assistant to handle benefits administration for over 20 locations. Must have hands on knowledge with enrolling and making changes to their current plans. Must be able to handle questions from employees regarding their benefits and quickly and effectively provide answers which will include contact with carriers. This person will also be responsible for explaining benefits to new hires during orientation period. An ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision is a must for success in this role. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
