ROUTER/CUSTOMER SERVICE (Temp-Hire)
(Distribution or 3PL Experience)
Work Schedule: Schedule 8:30am 5:00pm Willing to flex schedule up or down as dictated by volume.
We are looking for candidates who have worked in a Distribution Center or Third Party Logistics warehouse.
Job Requirements
Experience in routing for big box retailers Macys, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Sears
Person must be able to call and work with carriers to schedule appointments
Computer literate: Familiar with Excel. Ability to work in systems, printing and updating orders
Ability to multi-task: Manage high volume of email traffic along with order tracking
Detail oriented: Able to manage customer orders by start date and respond to emails within 30 minutes.
Must meet one of the following criteria:
1) Routing experience - big box retailers. Kohls, WM, JCP, Sears, etc.
2) Systems knowledge Simparel
Must meet these criterias:
Familiar with Apparel and / or Footwear accounts
Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to prioritize & multi-task in a high volume, multi account setting.
