Human Resources Technician I

Function: Provide supportive oversight to the Human Resources Office, to include development/maintenance of the Human Resources webpage, the development/maintenance of employee personnel forms, and assist with reports, paperwork, and monthly payroll/benefits functions.
Experience and Education: Associates degree in accounting, office occupations, business technology or related field. Three (3) years work experience; effective written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills; experience with various computer applications must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to relate to a wide variety of people, including but not limited to students, faculty, and community members; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining flexibility with department demands; detail oriented and strong work ethic; knowledge of Poise software preferred.
