In this role, your job will be to help company deliver and support the knowledge, skills and behaviors that drive success relative to its buying and selling processes. The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: drive execution for delivering exceptional sales communications in alignment with the elite sales. Force objectives, product marketing strategy and key corporate messages. Analyze, design, develop and evaluate communications solutions. Engage key stakeholders and cross-functional leaders to ensure strategic alignment for training and communications. Support sales training that is educationally effective (format, readability, logical flow and alignment to learning objectives). Manage internal and vendor-supplied resources to meet team objectives. Provide metrics and assess effectiveness of communications and training programs. Assist in the internal marketing of training and communications programs to ensure awareness and adoption. Contribute to appropriate pull-through plans to ensure continued utilization of learning and communications initiatives.
Requirements
Experience in successfully using communications to contribute to a transformation initiative. Demonstrable understanding of best-in-class communications practices and key technologies. Superb written and verbal communication skills. Enthusiasm and a passion for excellence required. A collaborative and results-oriented working style (preferred). Demonstrated team collaboration abilities with cross-functional and far-flung teams (preferred). Comfort and skill in presenting to both large and small audiences at varying levels of seniority (preferred).
Education
BA/BS in business, communications or human resources.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
