The Corporate Counsel will develop, implement, and oversee the Companys Compliance Program. The Compliance Program is focused on the development and implementation of processes and procedures throughout the Companys retail operating units which are designed to ensure that the Companys operations are compliant with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and consistent with the Companys core values. The primary focus of the position will be to advise on legal and regulatory compliance with respect to the Companys regulated retail operations.
