Flexographic press operators needed for growing, high quality, pressure sensitive label manufacturer located north of Boston just fifteen minutes from the NH border. The press operator is responsible for the efficient set up and operation of the multicolor flexographic press focusing on meeting specifications in product quality, safety, team building, and effective waste management. The press operator will review job ticket information and previous job history to properly set up and convert orders. The press operator will mount specified plates and printing dies on cylinder and maintain quality specifications while the press is running. The press operator will participate in customer approvals of new projects and primary labeling as needed and may be asked to provide direction and training for press room support personnel as appropriate. Preference given to candidates with Gallus/Arsoma flexographic press experience and experience with lean manufacturing.
