1st shift
Bend, squat, lift up to 65#, fast paced detail oriented
Ability to travel to sites for installations
Direct Hire
$12 plus based on experience
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Pre-employment drug screening, physical based on DOT standards and a criminal background check will be completed.
Fabricates and installs metal awnings for residential/commercial and industrial establishments: Measures buildings, windows, doors, and other openings for size of awning. Installs and services awnings, canopies, signs and related products.
Installation of awnings by analyzing work orders
Communicates with supervisor, coworkers about onsite specific install instructions
Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, logs and records
Keeps all equipment in good operating condition by following routine maintenance
Understands field conditions and performs field dimensions verification for manufacturing awnings
Operates power tools and other necessary equipment and performing tasks necessary to complete parts to specifications and installation of awnings
Propose potential quality or productivity enhancements i.e. continual improvements
Review of finished assemblies to assure quality accuracy against drawings & BOMs
Must have good work history
Prior construction experience is a plus
Excellent attendance is a must
