Prepare, update, and maintain budgets; conduct monthly financial benchmarking program; prepare variance reports; review and plan expense management and profit analysis; recommend optimal sales mix to maximize profit; conduct profit analyses for outside vendors and partners; create compensation models including commission structures, pay scales, and incentive compensation budgets; analyze ROI for all positions; develop staffing models to facilitate growth in headcount and control costs; conduct analysis of financial positions using financial reports to identify potential risks; develop financial strategies to minimize exposure and loss; perform cost benefit analysis; develop price and cost structures for products and services; conduct differential analysis to determine benefits from strategic partners; manage audit, cash management, payroll, accounts payable, and asset management processes; establish compensation budgets; plan and oversee implementation and use of financial and accounting application software; manage integration of Great Plains ERP with in-house software system; use Great Plains, Intacct, Microsoft Office, and EPay Systems.
