Multiple positions open in multiple department - 1st shift, 2nd shift and flexible shift(combination of 1st, 2nd shift and weekends)
Job Description
Maintain SQF food safety and quality systems and repot and concerns to Management
Knowledge of warehouse, ingredients/chemicals and their uses, allergen and kosher status
Aseptic handling of products
Appropriate packaging technique
Responsible for safety as it pertains to daily tasks; fork lift operations, PPE, GMPs, etc
Accurate measurements and documentation of all ingredients
Maintain utensil (clean/autoclave)
Master sanitation - ensure complete and documented
Allergen control
Assist in freezer organization
Maintain equipment
Troubleshooting of the equipment as required
ensure all checks, tasks, calibrations are documented accurately on the appropriate records
Assist other departments as directed by Supervisor
