Basic qualifications include:
Eligible to work in the United States
Able to read, understand and communicate in English
Must have transportation to report to assigned location(s) on time as scheduled
Able to operate hand-held technology provided
Have access to the Internet and email
Willing to work a flexible schedule, including possibly the day before and after major holidays, including weekends
Must be at least 18 years of age
HS Diploma/GED
Able to frequently stand for a prolonged period of time
Able to regularly bend, squat, kneel, and reach overhead
Able to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Work in various retail stores within 90 miles of the Washington, PA area
Store revisions typically occur on weekdays, Monday-Thursday
Most projects are a full 8 hours that work from morning to afternoon
supervising an installation team on store fixture installation of new stores, store remodels, store relocations and product revisions.
installation activities include moving card departments, building fixtures and merchandising product.
Work with a variety of tools including but not limited to hammers, screwdrivers, box cutters and possible power tools
Responsible for performance management, motivation, and training of installation merchandisers
Responsible for managing installation, budgets, travel budgets, and all other costs associated with installations.
varied hours depending on installation activities. You may not be scheduled for work when there are no installations scheduled. Your participation in overnight installation activities may be required.
Your assigned stores, work schedule and hours could change at any time due to business needs.

These are physically demanding jobs that can require a high level of labor and energy. The physical environment may include work in a back stockroom with limited lighting and less than ideal conditions.
There may be some weeks in which no work is scheduled and other weeks where you will be scheduled for multiple installation projects.
The busiest times of the year for installations are January-October with minimal projects being completed from October-December.
Flexibility, might require overnight stays and working evening/overnight hours when installation fixture work is being completed.
Reimbursed for any mileage incurred over 30 miles round-trip and are paid your hourly wage for any travel time incurred over 40 minutes round-trip.
That will be weighted to average more hours February through mid-November, with fewer hours mid-November through January, but has the potential hit between 1000 and 1200 hours over the course of the year.
