QUALITY ASSURANCE COORDINATOR
Primary Objective
To develop, implement and maintain a Quality system and to provide a high level of assurance to company customers that our products and services exceed their requirements.
Basic function
Develop, implement, administer, maintain, and improve the Company's Quality System for plant operations, subcontractors and vendors to assure that incoming materials, supplied services and final products meet system and customer requirements.
Responsibilities
o Maintain USAP Quality System and associated certifications to specified standard(s).
o Provide training as needed to support the company's quality objectives.
o Perform internal audits, supplier audits/evaluations; provide input to management reviews.
o Evaluate non-conformances and customer returns for trends and appropriate corrective actions.
o Provide inter-departmental support; coordinate outside QA audits/surveys.
o Provide input into receiving inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection and calibration control system.
o Perform in-house calibrations and maintain calibration records.

Skills
o Strong verbal and written communication skills.
o Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
o Ability to interface with customers, suppliers, and outside agencies.
o Ability to interface with personnel at all levels of the organization.
o Strong training/coaching/presentation skills.
o Ability to communicate to management, workers and suppliers the benefits of quality concepts.

Experience
o 5 years of previous Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
o 2 years supervisory experience
o Demonstrated leadership capabilities in quality areas (prefer experience in quality auditing, steel-making, and project management).
o Computer knowledge and proficiency.

Education/Training
o Degree in a quality or technical discipline.
o Continuing education in quality and management.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
