POSITION
Summary: Supervise and provide work direction for hourly employees.
Schedule and assign work. Handle safety contacts, observations, and meetings.
Analyze equipment needs, ensure equipment reliability and develop PPM programs.
This position will also plan and coordinate maintenance activities with department.
Also preform and assist in troubleshooting of equipment failure to determine root cause.
BACKGROUND:
Industrial experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
Specific knowledge in slab casting maintenance, EAF and melting maintenance or specific knowledge of rolling mills and large rotating equipment
Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
PREFERRED:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

years maintenance experience in a steel environment
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
