Job Title: Human Resources Recruiter

Primary Job Purpose: Hire all new hires and manage the company employees to assist them with all of their needs during their time of employment.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
An HR Recruiter must advise on our HR policies
He/ She will assist with employee communication programs
He/ She will coordinate employee development programs
He/ She will coordinate recruiting and hiring
He/ She will identify current and prospective staffing requirements
He/ She will maintain employee records
He/ She will negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes
He/ She will prepare and post notices and employment advertisements
Job Requirements:
Education: Associates Degree, Program completed in personnel administration, certified human resources professional
He/ She must act with discretion
He/ She must have intermediate computer skills
He/ She must have excellent communication skills
He/ She must have knowledge of evaluation tools
He/ She must solve problems effectively
He/ She must be well organized
Salary is nonnegotiable
He/ She will be in charge of no more than 15 people.
