Duties:
Responsible for working with large cross-functional teams that bring together the full range of technical and business capabilities and processes needed to deploy and maintain assets. Provide leadership and oversight on all quality assurance and testing aspects of large scale corporate programs, establishing and maintaining a close working relationship with executives, program/project stakeholders and staff to manage expectations and ensure completion of business goals. Plan procedures to reduce the operating risk of the company and to influence decision makers and facilitate consensus. Work with project stakeholders to ensure use cases that will be used for design, build and testing processes (test driven development) are defined and jointly manage scope control with project management. Employ expertise as a test architect to manage testing services and ensure test strategies, test planning, test execution, defect discovery and resolution processes are in place. Develop resolutions to complex problems that require technical expertise in the areas like business intelligence, master data management, mobile testing strategy & programs etc. Ensure teams Go Live processes are robust and validate users of deployed technology are ready and capable with business readiness while confirming that the service operations are armed to support technologies as they are deployed through stabilization into normal operations. Work with support operations to monitor stability of technology after deployment and ensure services expectations are continually met. Build and execute the Quality Management Plan or the Definition of Done for the complex programs and define, operationalize the quality measures with the goal of ensuring that the customers expectations are met. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
Requirements:
Employer will accept Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics or related technical field, followed by seven years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or seven years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include: 1) Project Management; 2) Lean Six Sigma; 3) Test Driven Development; 4) Test and Test Automation best practices; 5) ITIL; 6) Technical presentation experience. 7) HP Application Life Cycle Management, Version1, Jira and other test management tools & test automation tools such as Perfecto or Quick Test Professional; 8) Test Management and Test architecture
Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
