Successfully determine and approve loan value based off of a comprehensive vehicle appraisal. Make daily bank deposit, accept customer payment, process vehicle lien and comply with all applicable consumer and privacy law. Manage customer account, ensure the payment are made in a timely manner, and collect on past due account. Effectively mentor and assist with employee training and development.
Requirements
Leadership experience in sale or customer service oriented position required; retail or financial industry preferred. Ability to work in a fast paced and rewarding, result driven environment. Sales oriented mentality and a passion for great customer service. Valid driving license and car insurance. Excellent communication skill include both written and verbal communication.

High school diploma or equivalent
