The duties include: Develop a clear understanding of our business clients' systems and activities and analyze the operations to identify best practices and needed improvements. Interview business owners and key personnel. Research and analyze information about alternative courses of action to determine which plan will offer the best outcomes. Clarify management objectives and create corporate identity plans. Prepare comprehensive reports that include recommendations for actions that owner's and managers can take to improve their profitability. Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.
Requirements:
Masters Degree in Mgmt. and 3 yrs. of exp. in bus. mgmt. or a Bach. Degree in any field & 5 yrs. of progressive post-bachelor exp. in mgmt. is REQUIRED.
