Analyze supply chain processes to identify gaps in operational efficiency for fashion distribution division of international freight forwarding company. Maintain and interpret databases of logistics information (such as availability, maintainability, reliability, supply chain management, strategic sourcing, supplier management and transportation) and report on logistics performance. Confer with management to determine ways to optimize service levels, maintain supply chain efficiency, and minimize costs. Monitor flow of inventory using web-based logistics information systems from origin to final delivery. Enter logistics related data into databases and generate reports via data mining, data modeling and cost benefit analysis. Monitor industry trends including freight rates to determine most economical methods of transportation. Maintain payment systems to ensure that pricing adequately reflects logistic costs and ensure accuracy of vendor/customer payments. Reorganize schedules to consolidate freight load, maximize vehicle usage, limit movement of empty vehicles/containers, and idle warehouse assets.
Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as a Business Operations Analyst, or Business Development Analyst. Must have experience with the following skills: Experience with Pick and Pack, GOH, LTL, TL, intermodal modes and international fashion freight management, Analyzing and forecasting trends, data reporting, and client relations/customer service. Experience with Fashion Merchandise Inventory Management Software.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Maritime & Transport Economics, or related.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
