Our client in Plymouth Meeting is seeking a Human Resources Generalist. The HR Generalist will be responsible for reviewing and sourcing resumes, screening and recommending candidates, creating and posting job descriptions, and other responsibilities in support of the recruitment function. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Human Resources and 5-7 years of related experience.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Reviewing and sourcing resumes, screening candidates, recommending candidates for further consideration
Create and post job descriptions
Assist with scheduling interviews, performing background checks and drug and alcohol screenings and other employment verifications
Prepare and send offer letters and new hire packets; perform pre-employment onboarding activities
Schedule and conduct new hire HR orientation
Schedule training resources/participants and maintain training records
Create and maintain a database of all company training programs and keep track of all related expenses
Support the HR Business Manager with processing of visas for international assignees; ensure smooth relocation and repatriation
Partner with global HR team in executing the assignment agreements, as well as providing information to partner accountants for taxation support
Administer Service & Retirement Award Program
Assist employees with basic benefits inquiries
Administer Long Term Care benefit including quarterly broker informational meetings, enrollment, changes and invoice processing
Assist with inquiries concerning HR policies; monitor/make recommendations for new policies or changes, update and publish Employee Handbook revisions
Coordinate quarterly random drug and alcohol screening; maintain census, notify selected individuals, and track results
Conduct all exit interviews; create improvement programs that enhance employee experience with feedback received from exit meetings
Manage the EEO and VETS reporting processes
Maintain confidential personnel files and benefit records, and PTO database
Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
PHR Certification preferred
5-7 years of relevant HR Generalist experience required
Strong organizational
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently
High level of confidentiality required
Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Lotus Notes
Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws including EEO, FLSA, FMLA, HIPAA, ADA, I-9s, FCRA, etc.
Working knowledge of various recruitment sources (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.)
Working knowledge of candidate tracking systems such as iCIMS; Brassring, SAP, etc.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
