Responsibilities:
Help with business growth and ensure product/service awareness
Understand current and potential customers needs/wants
Manage the customer journey (customer relationship management)
Plan, organize and execute all marketing, public relations, and event initiatives
Coordinate and analyze market research
Participate and develop training, product launches and presentations materials
Spearheading the Marketing Plan, together with senior management, and executing on that plan in an effort to generate business revenue
Manage the marketing communications budget, calendar, success metrics and reporting

Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in marketing or related field preferred
2-3 years of marketing leadership experience preferred
Ability to work independently and pro-actively in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities and deadlines
50% domestic travel

High level of enthusiasm and energy
Flexible to accept new duties, assignments and responsibilities
Ability to follow through with quality service
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Strong computer skills, including MS Office suite
Ability to analyze data and create action plans
Effective verbal and written communication skills to all levels of the organization
Ability to handle tight deadlines, shift priorities due to new market intelligence and updating on the fly
Positive outlook with the ability to respond quickly to changes and take a different approach, as needed
Ability to connect, build relationships and provide useful information to those who are interested in what our company has to offerEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
