Dispatch Clerk:
Dispatchers are part of a team that strives to deliver Outstanding Service to customers requiring technician assistance. The Dispatchers main duty is to monitor the dispatch system to insure orders and repair tickets are available for technicians and that customer commitments are met. Dispatchers work with other departments to escalate emergency repairs; correct orders and tickets, and resolve issues that could cause a negative impact to our customer service.
Interprets, analyzes, schedules, dispatches, and routes available field forces for the completion of simple and complex customer orders/tickets. Clears, updates, and completes customer records. Makes customer contact, and is expected to sell Frontier services.
Utilizes menu-driven computer graphic mapping systems and monitors service order appointments/customer repair ticket deadlines, deployment status and alerts and coordinates and/or reassigns field forces to avoid jeopardy situations. Ensures correct billing through the use of user friendly, menu-driven programs.
Call center experience required, able to simultaneously operate computer while holding conversation. Fundamental knowledge of dispatching techniques and associated records.
Flexibility to work varied hours/days Sun-Sat 5am - 9pm.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
