Juice Bar Manager

Provide exceptional customer service prepare all juice bar menu item accurately and consistently ensure store opens and closes according to the club and company policy and procedures clean and maintain the facility daily promptly respond to all customer concerns within 24 hours. Responsible for maintaining appropriate staffing levels; recruiting and training new hires facilitate the education of juice bar team members on the nutritional content of all juice bar menu items as well as other nutritional items offered in the pro shop. Hit or exceed monthly sales targets accurate and timely report weekly sales per franchise guideline. Working with the club services specialist, create monthly in club sampling event calendars. Manage store ordering needs using weekly sales reports and inventory results. Conduct month end inventory per company policy and procedures.
Requirements
Required 24 months prior customer service experiences. Preferred 6
months prior food service industry experience. Ability to handle cash accurately. Strong verbal communication skills. Ability to lead and direct others.
