POSITION DUTIES:
Provide technical support to the Globalstar ground equipment and deploying the Globalstar next generation Core Network system. Serve as the IP Core Network (CN) technical interface between Ericsson and various Globalstar teams. Deploy Globalstars second generation IP network based on 3GPP IMS architecture to Gateways. Procure the requisite Customer Furnished Equipment (CFE) that Globalstar is required to provide to Ericsson as defined in the Core Network contract. Translate technical facility and networking requirements to an executable plan and working with Radio Access Node (RAN)/CN vendors and the Network planning team to define IP design. Develop the test plans and procedures for the CN and RAN integration and implementation to the Globalstar ground stations. Develop overall end to end systemic testing and provide active test support for RAN-CN interface testing to RAN/CN vendors. Provide active support for CFE (IPBN, SMS/MMS, Voicemail, and Billing) integration to the core network.
DEGREE REQUIREMENTS:
Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Experience must include telecommunications core network architecture; modern communications systems; Low Earth Orbit Satellite systems; working with test equipment such as spectrum analyzer, protocol analyzer, signal generator, and power meter; and 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) and IP Multi-Media Systems (IMS) architecture.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
