Summary:
Currently seeking an energetic, dynamic, and resourceful Business Intelligence Analyst (Analyst) to join a fast growing IT firm working on cutting-edge technologies. The successful candidate will support the Department of Defense's office of Manufacturing and Industrial Base Policy (DoD MIBP) in the identification, analysis, and tracking of investments into the global Defense Industrial Base (DIB).
II. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with a specialty in business, finance, economics, and/or national security. A master's degree in political science, international affairs, law, finance, accounting, business, or a related field is preferred.
Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
Able to travel domestically or internationally up to 10% of the time.

years of professional experience. A combination of private sector and public sector experience is preferred.
III.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain processes and procedures designed to promote the efficient identification, analysis, and tracking of foreign investments into the DIB.
o Utilize a diverse set of databases and tools to perform in-depth research of global investments into the DIB, review corporate filings and governance documents, and recommend transactions for review before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States.
o Employ a risk management framework to analyze foreign investments into the DIB in order to isolate and prioritize transactions that involve DoD equities.
o Maintain a dynamic real-time business intelligence capability to ensure MIBP can inform and advise DoD leadership with proactive information regarding specific corporations as well as the overall health of the DIB.
Coordinate with a diverse set of DoD components and national security agencies to consolidate reviews throughout the U.S. federal government of foreign investments into the DIB.
Liaise with corporate representatives via both individual meetings and stakeholder conferences to discuss potential transactions and related global market trends.
Draft memoranda and brief DoD leadership on upcoming meetings with corporate representatives within the DIB. Briefing would include identifying recommended talking points, requested actions, and recent relevant business and related sector activity for further discussion.
Provide supporting analysis to transactions filed with the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: 120,000 USD AnnuallyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
