Informatics Senior Specialists (Bloomfield, CT)
Monitor and manage file delivery, including resolution of data quality issues through communication with vendor / client and internal teams. Heavy interaction with customer, client and vendors on a daily basis, requiring thorough knowledge of healthcare domain. Identify and take ownership of issues with the ability to engage appropriate partners in order to drive to resolution. Single point of contact servicing the Account Manager(s) in support of client issues related to vendor deficiencies. Development and delivery of data quality reporting to support Client requests. Manage, prioritize and act on HP Service Manager tickets opened to support client issues. Manage and monitor all client data feeds.
Reqs M.S. in Business Administration, Health Management, Technology Management, or a related field plus at least 2 years experience (or BS and 5 years experience) in Systems Analysis or Data Analysis. Experience must include: creating and managing HP Service Manager tickets; managing data feeds in the healthcare domain; demonstrated understanding of the healthcare domain, including Eligibility, Biometrics, Lab, Health Risk Assessments, and Medical & Pharmacy claims; use of data mining tools, including TOAD, TDA, and MS Access. Hiring reqs: Drug screen / background check.
