The seafood associate is responsible for increasing guest confidence and loyalty by providing courteous and prompt service, consistent operating conditions and a friendly atmosphere. The candidate will provide continuous attention to guest needs; greet, assist and thank guests in a prompt, courteous, and friendly manner. S/he will offer product suggestions when appropriate. The applicant will stock and rotate department products to ensure freshness and date control; restock and use supply items efficiently to eliminate waste and to maintain the lowest supply cost. The incumbent will operate department equipment and tools. Keep work area clean, orderly and free from safety hazards; report faulty equipment and hazards to management. This position notify management of team member theft, guest shoplifting, unauthorized mark down, property defacement or any action that is illegal and against company policy. Perform other job related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
The candidate must be 18 years of age and compliance with all company policies and procedures. This position should have the ability to read, write and speak English proficiently. Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same. Successful completion of pre employment drug testing and background check. High standard of integrity and reliability is preferred. This job required other physical movements. The applicant should have critical competencies and skills. S/he should have to builds trust & loyal relationships, contributes to team success, and communicates with impact & candor, respects individual differences, earns guest loyalty and business & functional knowledge.
