Must have a strong working knowledge of computers including - but not limited to:
o Being able to use a mouse and computer keyboard
o Being able to shut down and turn on the computer properly
o Understanding how to navigate the computer's files and desktop environment
o Knowing how to create, name, save and delete a folder
o Functional knowledge of programs including how to launch and close a computer program
o Understanding how to use e-mail including sending and opening email
o Knowing how to use the Internet including navigating to a site and using search engines like Google
o Ability to navigate through multiple screens
Some Top Call Types include:
o Handle customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
o Communicate with customers using web-based tools and demonstrates the associated proficiency in typing and grammar.
We are looking for customer service agents with computer skills and a great telephone etiquette .
We have sales and service positions available for independent contractors to work from home with the ability to schedule their own hours.

1. USB headset with microphone (needed for Certification Class) Logitech, Plantronics, Microsoft, or similar brands recommended.

This is an Independent Contractor position paying $9 Hourly base with bonuses and incentives increasing the hourly pay rate $9-$14 per hour. Unlimited Earning Potential, there is no maximum hour requirement. You can work from 15-40 hours per week
