Export Control

Coordinate management of paper and electronic nuclear procedures, program, and GARDs controlled documents and records and the associated information management software and databases associated with procedure processes. Develops and assure effective implementation for management controls and guidelines used in managing procedure document authoring, workflow tracking, and reporting software, publishing, and maintaining approved versions of electronic and conventional records. Nuclear Records managed in this position include procedures, procedure requests, basis information, and information, databases, and associated software related to the history and administration of procedures. Coordinate implementation of the controls for collecting, protecting, retrieving, and distributing controlled procedure information and records. Represents Millstone in developing business requirements for future procedure related software and process changes between the procedure group and NDM. Coordinates the data migration of data and source files from legacy systems to new databases. Troubleshoots and develops migration contingency plans and processes. Ensure compliance with Dominion corporate and nuclear administrative policies and standards. Ensure controls and information security is maintained for critical electronic database records. Schedule functions and tasks assigned to the procedure department. Assists management with preparation, data analysis, and monitoring of department goals and prepare reports.
Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
Working knowledge and work experience demonstrating in-depth understanding of electronic documentation management such as Documentum applications (DocEm and DocTop), CRS, PAMS, DocManWeb, Passport, AITTS, INDEX4.0 and RDM. Excellent organizational skills, with ability to identify and apply Microsoft office applications, to manage procedure workflow processes and issue reports. Must have migration knowledge and sound organizational and logic skills to assist moving data from legacy databases to new fleet databases and integrate the processes within a compilation of tools. Detailed oriented, ability to identify problems or errors which may occur in electronic distribution, process integration between NDM and procedures, and data access. Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively interact with procedural staff, departmental supervisors, and IT to ensure correct procedure distribution, data retention, reporting, data analysis, and date retrievability.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
