Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for understanding and communicating client performance guarantees to staff.
2.Supervise, provide direction, and mentor assigned staff, providing feedback on performance and developing/implementing action plans for improvement.
3.Evaluate and control workflow within the team. Ensure auditor assignments are appropriately aligned to ensure performance guarantees are met.
4.Develop and implement action plans for improvement.
5.Develop goals with staff and assist with the development and delivery of performance reviews.
6.Identify best practices that will create more efficient processes.
7.Participate in implementation of new clients, represent department during both internal and external meetings and other special projects as assigned.
8.Contribute to a team environment by maintaining good interpersonal skills related to peers and management and demonstrate flexibility and support in meeting departmental goals.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors Degree preferred
Relevant Work
Experience: At least five years claims processing experience. Supervisory experience preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
