ABOUT THE POSITION
We are currently seeking a dynamic Manager, Network Operations to join our team at our office in Newark or Mt Laurel, NJ. The Manager, Network Operations will be responsible for leading a team of credentialing specialists, providing day to day supervision, guidance and support. The incumbant is responsible for the distribution of work/projects amongst the staff and for monitoring all work/projects to ensure that all internal and external timeframes are met or exceeded. The Manager will be the primary contact for the client (Horizon) in this area.
Position
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for understanding and communicating client performance guarantees and internal standards to staff.
2. Monitor workloads on daily basis to ensure assignments are appropriately aligned with goals
3. Develop and implement action plans for improvement where necessary. Evaluate and control workflow within the team.
4. Work with Training to develop training programs to address specific individual and team needs to enhance skills.
5. Continually assess the processes looking for improvements in streamlined workflows or system enhancements and implement any that show an ROI.
6. Participate in client implementations and other special projects as assigned.
7. Contribute to a team environment by maintaining good interpersonal skills related to peers and management and demonstrate flexibility and support in meeting departmental goals.
8. Monitor TAT, receipts, and follow through of all Functions.
Provide staff support including:
1. Mentoring/coaching
2. Performance Monitoring
3. Performance Appraisals
4. Time sheets and leave requests
5. Ensure that the staff receives training and remedial training as needed for all job functions associated with their positions
6. Uphold and enforce all HR policies
7. Ensure that the work environment is safe, comfortable and productive
8. Ensure that Management policies are communicated, understood and upheld
9. Provide Technical support
1. Perform other job related duties as dictated by business needs.
Position Requirements:
Education : An Associate's Degree is required, Bachelor's degree preferred
Licensure : none required
Relevant Work
Experience: Minimum of four years' experience in health care/health insurance, in a provider and business analysis setting is required.
Strong computer skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, Access, Powerpoint and Intranet applications is preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
